5) Ensure that there is a recruitment system that your team can piggy back off of. Have generic webpage’s with company presentations that your team can send their prospects to. Do company presentation webinars yourself two or three times a week that your team can send their prospects too, the easier it is for your team members to recruit, the more your organisation will grow and the more money you will make!
